Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our biodegradable garment care products. If you are not satisfied, we offer a return and refund policy as outlined below.

Return Period

You may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Products must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

Eligible Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unopened and in original packaging
• In the same condition that you received it
• Returned within 30 days of purchase
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Opened or used products
• Products damaged by misuse or improper storage
• Items without proof of purchase
• Products returned after the 30-day return period

Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us via email or phone to request a return authorization
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. We will provide you with return instructions and authorization
4. Package the item securely in its original packaging
5. Ship the item to the address provided

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
